Reservations Agent

Responsibilities:

• Oversight/management of survey crews and survey processing (including office technical CADD staff)
  
• Develop/manage mapping and legal descriptions (Right of Way Engineering and Location Route Survey Plats)
  
• Pursue new projects
  
• Attend meetings to assist with establishment of project plans, budgets, and schedules
  
• Research/identify needed information
  
• May require travel, including overnight occasionally
  

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor s degree from an ABET accredited program
  
• PLS certification
  
• Ability to sign/seal legal documents
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Internet software, and GIS mapping
  
• Experience with project scheduling
