Responsibilities
• Manages contractor pre-mobilisation and onboarding processes, ensuring tasks are completed within appropriate timeframes and approvals sent
• Tracks progress of all processes during the placement lifecycle
• Proficient in utilising relevant clients' ATS systems
• Remains abreast of all process and legislative changes
• Understands each client's requirements and relevant country legislation
• Manages and logs queries sent to the shared mailbox
