Strategic minded Recruitment Sourcer needed for a 6 month contract to assist with full life-cycle recruiting of candidates for critical high-level management positions at small non- profit organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the job description
- Assist hiring managers with writing job description as necessary.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and interview questions.
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and methods.
- Review resumes and conduct telephone screens to ensure fit for the position.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview process with hiring managers.
- Communicate status of open positions to hiring manager..
- Assist hiring manager in making effective hiring decisions.
- Perform reference checks and pre-employment screenings as needed.
- Facilitate offers of employment by extending the offer as needed and negotiating employment terms.
- Build pipeline of potential candidates for future positions.
- Provide recruitment-related policy and procedure guidance to employees and management as needed
- Develop hiring guides
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Have 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Be fully vaccinated
- Work Remotely (May visit the office periodically)
- Have excellent communication and writing skills
