• IT System Administration: Administer and maintain the organization's computer systems, including servers, networks, databases, and software applications. Ensure system availability, reliability, and security through regular monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and system access. Assist in user onboarding and conduct training sessions to enhance their IT skills and promote efficient technology usage. • IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, hardware, and software solutions to improve efficiency and meet business requirements.
