Manager- Liabilities

• Ensure end-to-end product management and work closely with stakeholders to meet defined objectives
• Ensure all product/policies/pricing/soc are updated and in line with CBUAE guidelines
• Support in period rate reviews as per the market trends, drive the approvals and implementation
• Implement digitization for better product offering and customer service
• System enhancement and product reengineering
• Product Operations
  

Support product management by:

• Monthly and quarterly activity to monitor and review accruals and reversals
• Support account and deposit opening as well as closure related queries.
• Address complaints/queries in a timely manner and fix issues
• Liaise with marketing, operations, CLM, CX, CCO teams to development customer reach-out through SMS/email/calls/digital sales/social media updates etc.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis
• Develop suitable training for staff to ensure proper knowledge
• Address customer requests, queries and complaints around the product and transaction services
• Compliance and Audit
• Ensure Liabilities products and transaction banking services are CPR compliant and are satisfactory upon internal as well as external audit
• Ensure products are always compliant and have satisfactory audit rating
• Manage issue/concerns and liaise with stakeholders to provide solution and close audit findings
• Manage CBUAE Reporting and Financial Inclusion plan and perform internal periodic review
