Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting them to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable expertise to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with a focus on mid to senior-level full-time hiring in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency or staffing environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and a willingness to consider and implement new suggestions and ideas.
  • Active listening skills and flexibility to adapt to changing client and candidate needs.
