Job Description :
Finalization of Accounts Preparation of monthly financial statements. Verifying entries, Approving statements & Transaction records. Dealing with Banks, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts Follow ups with debtors, controlling creditors Vat return and payment if any, monthly reporting to management
Responsibilities :
1. providing secretarial service
2. Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
3. Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task
Qualification :
1. Candidate should be a quick learner and eager to understand our business
2. Candidate should have prior experience in posting accounting - entries in online accounting softwares
3. Perform month end accounting reviews and prepare data for Senior Management review
4. Assist team in procurement of products and services by obtaining pricings and negotiating with Vendors
