Job Description
Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a prominent fit-out and joinery company based in the UAE. Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled Projects Manager - Joinery, who possesses extensive expertise in managing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The chosen candidate will assume responsibility for overseeing the entire project execution process, ensuring adherence to designated schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate effective coordination among Project Coordinators, external clients, site personnel, office staff, and sub-contractors.
-Foster seamless coordination between design, procurement, contracts, estimation, coordination, technical, and site installation teams through Project Coordinators.
- Monitor daily turnkey and installation schedules to maintain project progress.
- Manage the certification process for subcontractor and supplier payments.
- Authorize work orders for site installation and project commencement.
- Provide assistance in resolving site-related technical issues and challenges as required.
- Approve Supplier & Material Requisitions. - Lead and mentor the project management function within the organization.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Estimate the necessary resources and participants required to achieve project objectives.
- If necessary, negotiate with department managers to secure the required personnel from within the company.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
