Review and audit the validity of the application of systems and procedures related to managing committees and performance indicators.
Follow-up decisions and recommendations resulting from the committees decisions and following-up on their success rates.
Studying and following up the impacts of change requests on the committees and team s work.
Preparing training materials for the management of committees and work.
Preparing a clear and detailed plan for the methodology of implementation of committees and work teams.
Providing the necessary support in preparing technical follow-up on the completion reports of the committees and team.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with atleast 8+ years of experience, preferably in educational projects.
The ability to prepare reports in an orderly and professional manner.
A good listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.
An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationship with clients and team members.
Excellent writing skills.
High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent, Identify, examine, improve, and
simplify multiple work processes.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience. Experience in research development, business development, proposal development, project management, research administration, or a closely related field. Sufficient understanding and expertise across the technology lifecycle, TRL, including: R&D and IP strategy, engineering, scale-up, project development, economic evaluation, supply chain development, risk evaluation and mitigation, as well as strategy and business development. Deep experience of developing business cases for new technology- based products or solutions. Background in science and engineering.
