Previous recruitment experience is not required, and we welcome candidates who are passionate and driven to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review and provide basic information for candidates
- Direct eligible profiles to the Recruiter
- Observe workflow rules to ensure a smooth process
- Utilize CRM system automation features and ready templates to manage social media interactions
- Successfully complete paid training
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Experience in Hotels or Restaurants in GCC Countries or in Turkey
- Good listening skills
- Patience and empathy
- Ability to use computer programs
- Knowledge of CRM
- Time management skills
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- Good internet connection
