Job Description
GlobWorks Hospitality Recruitment is currently expanding, and we are in search of a 100% Remote Junior Recruiter who is enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and capable of working from home. Previous recruitment experience is not required, and we welcome candidates who are passionate and driven to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review and provide basic information for candidates
- Direct eligible profiles to the Recruiter
- Observe workflow rules to ensure a smooth process
- Utilize CRM system automation features and ready templates to manage social media interactions
- Successfully complete paid training
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Experience in Hotels or Restaurants in GCC Countries or in Turkey
- Good listening skills
- Patience and empathy
- Ability to use computer programs
- Knowledge of CRM
- Time management skills
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- Good internet connection
