• Handling all Local Purchase Orders and managing Logistics.
• Coordinating with Main Customers and Retailers in UAE and other Gulf Countries.
• Handling all Logistic works from the Country of Origin to all Gulf Countries.
• Responsible for the Warehouse and inventory.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with Customers and Retailers.
• Introduce the company to new customers and markets to grow business.
• Set Company annual objectives and goals to enhance sales and gross margin.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining minimum gross margin.
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
• Monitor Sales Performance by Brand and by Customer through Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
• Ensure that standards of customer service are met.
• Communicate with the suppliers inside and outside UAE to have up-to-date information on new Toy releases.
• Attend Toy Fairs and select Toys with high sales and returns.
• Responsible for obtaining all certificates and NOCs required from all concerned parties to assure the safety of Toys and Games.
• Responsible for Contracts with different entities to ensure that all Terms and Conditions are fully fulfilled.
• Promote the Company and products through all Social Media platforms.
