Job Description
It is preferable to have experience in project for digital transformation and development of government services and customer experience.
Preferably with experience in project management of education and educational curricula.
Setting goals for the programs in accordance with the objectives of the institution.
Program planning from start to finish.
Oversee development and approve budgets.
Proposing evaluation strategies to monitor and challenge performance and methods of improvement.
Supervise project managers assigned to deliver observations and solving complex problems.
Work on discovering different ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures.
Applying the principles of quality, risk and resource management.
Follow up on reports prepared by managers and Percentage of goals achieved.
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to Legal guidelines and internal policies.
Communicate with senior management and submit reports periodically.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with atleast 8+ years of experience in educational projects.
Theabilitytopreparereportsinanorderlyandprofessionalmanner.
Agoodlistenerandcommunicatorwithahighabilitytocommunicateandconveyinformationorallyandinwriting.
Aneffectivememberoftheworkteamandabletoenhanceconfidenceinhisrelationshipswithclientsandteammembers.
Excellent writingskills.
Highdegreeofanalyticalthinking,demonstratingtalent,Identify,examine,improve,andsimplifymultipleworkprocesses.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience. Experience in research development, business development, proposal development, project management, research administration, or a closely related field. Sufficient understanding and expertise across the technology lifecycle, TRL, including: R&D and IP strategy, engineering, scale-up, project development, economic evaluation, supply chain development, risk evaluation and mitigation, as well as strategy and business development. Deep experience of developing business cases for new technology- based products or solutions. Background in science and engineering.
