Skills Required:
1. Language Spoken/Written: RUSSIAN and ENGLISH - Advanced
2. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an office admin or secretary, with a proven track record of success
3. Professional Work Ethics: Demonstrate strong professionalism, integrity and reliability in your work
4. Team Spirit: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
5. Business Communication: Proficiency in English and French is required, both spoken and written
6. Computer Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at a basic to advanced level

Responsibilities:
As a Secretary, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Communication: Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining professional and courteous communication with clients and colleagues
2. Meeting Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials if required
3. Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks, such as: filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
4. Business Correspondence: Composing business emails, memos, and letters, ensuring accuracy, clarity and professionalism
5. Office Procedures: Implementing and/or developing office procedures and record systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity6. Database and Supply Management: Managing database – entry and client files; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records , while maintaining office supplies and ensuring efficiency in the workplace
