Must meet the following criteria:
1. Has Own Visa
2. Some previous work-related skills. For example, working directly with the public. [Knowledge or experience is a plus but not mandatory].
3. Secondary High School Graduate preferred. [MUST have a MOFA attested Diploma in the origin country and UAE MOFA].
4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
5. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
6. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
7. Time management skills, good organizational, and ability to multitask.
8. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
9. Consistent, professional dress and manner.
10. Must be Fluent in English.
Task include:
1. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
2. Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit Perform for people or deal directly with co-workers and external customers.
3. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
4. Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
5. Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
6. Providing information to the Head of Dept., co-workers, and external customers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
7. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Senior(s) / management
Salary/Benefits:
1. AED 2,500.00 per month
2. 2 days week OFF
