The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will be responsible to manage the safe, efficient, and timely flow and warehousing of goods and supervise the controls overall distribution activities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and organize the whole warehouse & logistics operations.
Responsible to store materials in the appropriate temperature conditions and warehouse locations.
Maintain documentation and update computer systems appropriately and correctly.
Supervise inventory management in order to establish optimal parameters for inventory turnover, accurate forecasting, guarantee safety stock, optimizing economic order quantity.
Receive, store, and issue stock at the warehouses/stores.
Receive and count materials carefully and verify against the purchase order and suppliers invoice/delivery note.
Ensure safety and security to inventory items stored in the warehouse/stores
Separate obsolete and slow moving items at the warehouse/stores, and examine periodically for control purposes.
Maintain the physical inventory records and update.
Perform inventory counts on a periodic basis.
Reconcile any variances between book records and the results of the count, and promptly justify any non-reconciled differences.
Manage inventories of the equipment and spare parts.
Establish and maintain professional communication with vendors.
Manage the processing of returned, rejected, and obsolete materials.

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ or an equivalent.
2 3 years experience with adequate exposure in all aspects of warehouse logistics management
Proficiency in English language is a must.
