Requirements
- A bachelor s or master s degree may be required for some senior positions.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 20-25 years experience working on major Roads & Highway projects.
- A combination of education and work experience is generally accepted.
- Good and effective communication skills
- Possess good leadership ability, as well as ability to work as part of a team or even lead a team.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- The ability to multitask and strategize in different situations.
- Ability to work and carry out projects within a stipulated time frame or deadline.
- Ability to be proactive and to foresee events and react appropriately towards them.
- Construction & Traffic Control Practices
- Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and Compliance
- Job Hazard & Risk Analysis
- Incident Investigation
- Safety Design & Countermeasures
- Project Management Practices
- Construction Equipment
- Estimating/Budgeting/Cost Control
