PLUMBING MODELER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Model Plumbing and/or HVAC systems with little assistance from the contractor

Create project-specific families as needed

Familiar with building codes

Visually verify scope clashes between assigned trade and those of others

Use Navisworks to find issues, record issues, and verify clash resolution

Use BIM Track to manage coordination teams, track issue progress, and create BIM reports

Create layout drawings for plumbing and/ or HVAC systems

Create sleeve drawings

QA/QC your assigned scope

Participate in BIM coordination meetings

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

Working knowledge of the BIM process with 3+ years of related experience

Extensive knowledge of Navisworks Manage

Extensive knowledge of Revit

Ability to work autonomously with little oversight

Core understanding of building systems, construction methods, installation procedures, and sequencing

Builds effective relationships with others that reflect and support company core values and meet or exceed customers' expectations

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Mid-level Revit user with 5+ years of experience
