• Works with Contract Manager to ensure that all Main Contract requirements and appropriate contract flow-downs for Purchase Orders and Subcontracts are achieved.
• Keeps a log with a wide range of communications, letters, memos, etc. occurring within the Project.
• Reports directly to the Contract Manager(s), who has overall responsibility for Contract Management deliverables to the Project Director/Manager of the project within the required cost and schedule constraints.
• Interactions with the Client, Subcontractors and Master Services Agreements consistent with McDermott's practices and procedural guidelines.
• Manage Contracts and commercial aspects of the Project, under the direction of the Contract Manager(s) in liaison with the Project Director/Manager.
