Primary responsibility for this role is to acquire sales through new Channel Partners and to ensure sales targets are being exceeded.
Lead setting Channel Partner strategy, and account/territory plan and capable of actively managing Channel Partner's opportunity, understanding, monitoring, and reacting to where Channel Partner is against year-to-date revenue, reporting on any significant trends.
Lead key relationships with members of Channel Partner, ensure appropriate executive mappings are in place, and spend the majority of their time with Channel Partners to become an integral part of their team and business, execute aligned plans, and gather and prioritize issues impacting the success.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in coordination with Channel Partners and ensures complete compliance with all Channel Partner agreements /contracts while managing potential channel partner conflicts.
