Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of all FF&E selections and documentation for the final project presentation
- To monitor proper implementation of design on site
- To check and review material submittal, shop drawing, and method statement before submitting for client approval
- To check and review production order, fabrication drawing, value engineering, schedules, and quantity
- To prepare, check and issue material requests per project requirements and priorities
- Issue/Responding to RFI's, keeping the drawing register, submittal log, approvals, site instructions, and production orders
