Job Description
- Creating/Managing Team agreements - Divide tasks, positions within the team
- Allocating teams to specific Partners (organizations) and corresponding Mentors where appropriate
- Group Coaching (meeting student groups 1-3x per semester)
- Conflict Resolution - support teams in navigating through conflict
- Team dynamics - support teams in setting up healthy team dynamics for a positive working relationship
- Creating Active Learning opportunities - designing activities that match to program LO’s that allow students to apply their learning
