Responsibilities:
• Support the Senior Manager Sales Franchise in developing franchising opportunities and for offering constant support to franchisees to ensure the total success of the business
• Assist in preparing short, mid & long-term strategies with partner businesses by identifying and improving product and operational performance
• Support with store development, align product range selection and PUMA operational procedures with O&O PUMA stores
• Ensure that all Partner stores have a cohesive message across the region and are supportive of key brand marketing strategies
• Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell-thru
• Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Franchise partners and the Retail team
• Support in driving the regional expansion or restructuring in line with corporate strategy and manage change
• Gather market and customer information in any potential target location to scale up operations
• Assist with travelling requirements
