• Regularly respond and action the enquiries of varying urgencies to ensure the client’s requirements are met.
• Prepare Costing Sheet for each enquiries based on the available contracts and renegotiate if necessary.
• Send the Proposals to the client and follow up to ensure the confirmation of each query.
• Follow up on payments with clients to ensure all payments recorded are received.
