Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for leading businesses in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a visionary and strategic person for the Chief Architect position. Theywill be responsible for improvingtheir current Technology infrastructure and set the direction for integrating technology/product teams into the organization.
- Align technology needs with the strategic direction of the business and product
- Analyze gaps in technology architecture and translate them into opportunities, and work with the different engineering teams to achieve them
- Oversee front-end, back-end, and mobile development teams and their projects.
- Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements.
- Define the organizations processes for compliance, vitality, exceptions, communications, and change management.
- Define technology architecture principles to provide guidance to the technology architecture.
- Design organizations architecture governance for both business and technology needs.
- Determine business expectations and needs.
- Develop architecture management framework, models, and blueprints, to guide in the design and deployment of solution architecture.
- Direct the quality management of multiple projects.
- Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders concerns.
- Select and use tools and repositories to collect and manage architecture information and artifacts.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a director of engineering or Chief Architect or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department.
- Minimum of 8 Years Work experience in digital products and e-commerce platforms.
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
- Good understanding of agile methodologies
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
- Excellent business and product understanding.
