Devising a successful strategy for winning projects including identification of the unique selling points & key differentiators along with understanding the client’s specific requirements.
The role will lead the solutions team wherein each aspect of the developing a winning bid including but not limited to site visit, technical write-up, pricing, presentations etc.
are efficiently and effectively managed and overseen. The roles call for in depth knowledge of both hard and soft services along with relevant specialist services providers and their rates.
Job Responsibility-
Fully understand the bid / quote request documents to become familiar and well versed with the requirements & scope of work.
Develop a plan of action around the deadlines to ensure that solutions are completed on time and in line with RFP requirements providing the business maximum chances of winning the project.
Reviewing the asset list, BOQ, & drawings to understand the magnitude of the scope of work along with the scope falling under the specialist service providers.
