• Bilingual in English and Arabic essential.
• Previous experience in advising clients within Government Sectors
• In-depth knowledge of Organisation Design and Change Management, Rewards, or Corporate Performance and Effectiveness.
• Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. Able to lead a high-performing team and add exceptional value to our clients within a fast-paced environment.
