• Manage day to day operational issues, high severity incidents, large scale sale events etc..
• Identify customer pain points with pro-active mechanisms, investigate on root cause and work on getting them resolved.
• Work with multiple internal & external partners
• Have to own & drive the metrics for the area the employee is responsible for.
• Report & review with leadership in a regular frequency.
• Collaborate with team in enhancing learning and executing programs.
