• Outsourcing/Managed Services Agreements
• An interest in and exposure to working with Legaltech tools and systems (desirable, but not essential)
• IT Agreements (hardware, software and related services)
• Agreements relating to the procurement of ‘Industrial Revolution 4.0’ technologies (eg cloud, IoT, AI, block chain etc). Ideally this should also include exposure to emerging contracting models such as ‘aaS’, PPP or other partnership models
• 7-10 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer in a recognized jurisdiction, ideally gained in both a top commercial law firm and an in-house environment broad and deep experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating high value:
• Exposure to or already working in a GCC/MENA country (desirable, but not essential)
• Good understanding of intellectual property issues arising outside the technology contracts context (eg trade mark registration etc) (desirable but not essential)
• Experience of procurement contracts relating to fixed telecommunications networks/services (desirable but not essential)
• Experience advising on the interpretation of technology procurement contracts during in-life implementation, including advising on the resolution of potential disputes
• Technology and ICT Procurement Agreements (network infrastructure and related services etc)
