Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail Distributor in the UAE with expansion plans.Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for their company and to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitoring users engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Remaining up-to-date with updates on all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive with a Fashion Retail Brand
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI s.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. (Arabic preferred)
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
