Head of Finance

Responsibilities:
• Trusted Partner to the Function head focusing on financial matters as well as operational and commercial responsibility incl. the development of commercial and financial strategies
• Responsibility for the integrity of books and records, maintaining an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System as well as budgets and forecasts
• Generation and Monitoring of budget targets i.e., new orders/sales/results/financial resources/assets/headcount from the market data and business development to define and control measures
• Developing opportunities taking into consideration the impact of the entire value chain in ecosystem on the business case including pricing strategies, new contractual setup and upside selling potential
• Provide guidance to departments and functions on financial and legal requirements. Guides comparison of objectives, their achievements and steer actions to achieve targets.
