- Operating software and recording all relevant data.
- Recording of all MOU customers data, interpretation, presentations and filing.
- Keeping the office tidy and filing all information in logical format.
- Administration/collecting of petty cash, quotations, procurement, inventory, etc.
- Sending invoices to customers and recording debtors.
- Ability to join team to farms to record data if necessary.
- Financial administration/support for budgets, variance reports and recording
- Asset register and inspection of vehicles.
- Keeping and recording logbooks and kilometres travelled to customers of all vehicles.
- Scheduling, administration, invoicing of clinic customers.
- Any other task assigned by management.

Qualification: Tersier financial or administrative diploma or degree
Personal qualities:
- Male to work with team on site / farm
- Ability to work in a team. Accurate and thorough with a good eye for numbers.
- Above average IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Ability to master the software and train others
Somebody with Livestock Engineering as a background would be a good fit.
- Excellent IT Skills excel, perhaps using systems.
- Good at math, he will be making reports and doing calculations.
- Light Vehicle License would be an advantage.
Nature of the Work: He will be working six days a week with a salary Accommodation is provided (on-site, caravan).
