HSE Officer

CAFU is looking for people who are talented, imaginative, determined, resilient and driven to ensuring a safe and effective work environment for our teams. The person must be effective in verbal and written communication and be able to effectively create relationships with all stakeholders to maintain effective delivery.

Implement and maintain all documentation and procedures including the HSEMS system on site.

Site fire, risk and operational audits.

Site HSE related including risk management.

HSE training across the multiple sites.

Instructions to operations members on effective use of tools and equipment at the depot

Maintain and improve safe site performance to implement better HSE outcomes

Undertake visitor inductions and refresher training for any visitors to site

Lead site incident investigations and resolutions for issues.

Requirements

High level certificate, additional qualification in NEBOSH/IGC is mandatory to understand and deliver health and safety on site.
