• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager and all the staff on site including request of stationery, assist and following up in application of leave/timesheet and other related issue.
• Providing all administrative support in preparation in Monthly Report, monthly invoices and Variation.
• Performs other tasks as required/as directed.
• Proactively comply with the project document control and client’s procedure in order to effectively maintain and secure all Project Documentation.
• Manage and update document control system to ensure that project documents are properly recorded and maintained
• Maintain document control logs and issue update to Project Manager/Team on a daily basis.
• Manages, maintains and assists in the preparation and submission of all reports/documents such as progress reports, dashboards, payments, variations and all other deliverables required by the Client and is responsible in ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Responsible in maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents to ensure all team members have access to necessary documents.
• Heavily involved in handling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondences.
