• Evaluate, monitor, and guide in timely submission of all warranty claims raised by Service Advisor to ensure the company’s money debited to warranty repairs is reimbursed at the earliest possible moment.
• Liaise with Automall Used Car operations on repairs that fall outside of the policy for local approvals
• Timely approval of all warranty claims within 48 hours including sourcing of most cost effective repair option.
• Management of the Work In Progress for the Tier 2 operation to ensure all approved warranty jobs are closed and invoiced by month end
• Review all sold policies to ensure they match with vehicle sold and conditions have been met
Required Skills to be successfu:
Minimum Experience: 2 years in Automobile Aftersales dept, and experience in warranty admin would be advantageous
