Job Description
Assign patients to nurses, evaluate the nurse’s monthly performance as per KPIs
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards and report any instances of violation to the higher management
• Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and confidentiality of client records
• Inform patient’s family members about medical procedures and doctor’s instructions.
• Train new joiner nurses for the Care of Newborn Babies, Elderly, Post-Operative, Pregnant Women, Special Needs, Pain Management, and General Medical Cases
