MICE Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Nh Hotel team members always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team member. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Handle all incoming MICE RFP generated by inbound or outbound sales offices, pertaining to own defined segment or portfolio

Maximize up-selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting the MICE booking

Build a solid relationship and network with key members of the travel trade, MICE end-users, tourism authorities, and other key stakeholders – leveraging existing networks
