Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Cross-functionally coordinating and collaborating across different teams within noon (commercial, logistics, seller ops, vendors and in stock).
• Reports & statistics Ensure timely correspondence, reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations are shared across at all levels.
• Ownership for the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
• Performance management by developing key performance indicators to measure productivity & effectiveness of operations with RCA of any issues.
• Responsible for team building by ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining high quality service standards with developing a responsible team to take challenges.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a team operative within grocery fulfillment operations, ensuring that the highest standards are being achieved in all areas for all staff. This will include performance, disciplinary and absence management.
