• Serve and maintain existing client base to ensure maximum potential sales are attained and sales targets are achieved
. • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
. • Process and coordinate with others as needed and follow up to finalize enquiries and relevant internal documents on a timely basis
. • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information, and after-sales support services.
• Negotiating tender & contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions as per company policy.
• Participate in marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Provide product, service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Learn, and remain updated in knowledge of company’s product related information and service range
