• Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per brand and operational requirements.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to and point of sale regulations are followed. Take including cleaning and maintenance practices. responsibility for void transactions, opening and end of day cashing up procedures. the customers expectations.
• Possess complete and thorough knowledge of how to operate all equipment and machinery,
• Ensure food quality and consistency is delivered at all times to Brand guidelines and Company
• Work within operational procedures to ensure food and beverage preparation process remain within replenishment as required in a timely manner to maintain availability.
• Ensure restaurant/ outlet procedures are followed to reduce wastage of food and non- food items. complaints in a timely manner and to the guests satisfaction.
• Escalate any concerns to senior management as appropriate.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the restaurant/ outlet. Order
• Company and Municipality guidelines.
• Manage the employees on duty and ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to exceed
• Ensure health and safety and fire regulations are adhered to within the restaurant/ outlet at all times.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.
