Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic user access review of enterprise business systems & applications. Assist global BUs in conducting access control reviews of their applications & systems.

• Review accesses granted to internal & external users and ensure appropriate authorizations are in place. Monitor & ensure access provisioning is aligned with Group Technology processes.

• Develop the access review plan covering all the applications in Head Office and critical systems etc., normal and privileged user accounts.

• Develop segregation of duties (SoD) matrix & Access Control Matrix (ACM) by liaising with business & development teams.

• Develop, review & update access management procedure that can be followed by Group Technology, other business departments & global business unit technology teams.

• Define and implement identity & access management processes, including development and periodic review of automated workflows for account creation, update and revocation.

• Develop maintain register covering critical systems, enterprise applications, SaaS & legacy systems for Group Technology, other business departments & global business units
