• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure daily operations are efficient with correct stock levels available from the central distribution area and that customers’ demands are met
• Take the lead in ensuring all staff follow strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements as per industry standard
• Champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best the industry has to offer
• Review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
• Manage all internal stakeholders: both, other departments within the organization who deliver services to the Food and Beverage team; and support the Central Kitchen and admin back-office team
