General Manager

? Responsible for leading and managing overall UAE F&B business operations, Sales and Profit management, FSC Management, Brand development, organizational effectiveness and People management
? Develop F&B country level strategies for sales and profit growth, and achievement of F&B quality and people targets
? Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
? Control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures
? Maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports and take appropriate actions
? Be creative in generating profits and ability to take the brand to Europe and other locations.
