Responsibilities
• Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior paint and decorating problems.
• Assist electrical & Mechanical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Ensure to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
• Assist electrical & Mechanical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers, and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.
• Assisting electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.
• Provide electrical set-ups for exhibits and conventions, including maintaining electrical equipment for presentations.
• Assist in providing preventative maintenance of all electrical/mechanical/plumbing equipment and updating appropriate logs.
• Understanding monthly FCU filter replacement and drain chemical pouring.
• Assist shift engineers, General Mech, Plumber, Carpentry, and other requirements.
• Ability to maintain records and files on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panel, and company truck.
• Process requisition orders and distribute paperwork to accounts payable and requesting department.
• Overlooking and maintaining checklists for all mandatory systems up to date.
• Understand fundamental GRMS problems and perform basic operations in the system.
• Operate, direct, and dispatch work assignments to engineering craft workers via telephone and the HotSOS system.
• Operate BMS.
