Digital and Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Own the monthly / weekly content calendar for our global social channels, Chairman's channels and those of other execs, ensuring that it delivers on our narrative pillars and comms objectives.

Source stories from around the business, identify optimal channels, formats and timings to communicate these stories

Line management of the Website Specialist, who is responsible for website project management and development

Brief and manage our external social media, content creation, production and specialist agencies to produce campaigns made up of well-written content, high quality images and engaging social-first video that covers the breadth of our business offerings

Work with the Head of Digital & Social Media to develop and continuously update the social media strategy for DP World to help support the company's business and communications objectives.

Support the Head of Digital and Social Media in the transition from tactical, reactive content approach to strategic, business-oriented storytelling across channels and formats
