Job Description

- Knowledgeable of the entire Reservation Procedure according to the Hotel system
- Develop and implements reservation SOP
- Being able to skillfully use and train team about reservation systems (Tars and Opera)
- Monitor and support team performance to achieve high work productivity.
- Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
- Assist in coordinating of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing.
- Manage all guest issues and ensure the response to all inquiries, and recommend ways to increase revenue.
- Coach agents in areas of up-selling, cross-selling and ongoing skill set knowledge.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports and other reports requested by management.
- Collaborate with S&M, HK and FO teams to manage room inventory correctly
