E-Commerce Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Ensures the truth of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by collecting and analysing account information.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Completes external audits by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Maintains and subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Maintains general ledgers by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
