Software Developer

Responsibilities:
• To resolve the issues reported by Helpdesk as per department KPI.
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• Analytical and commercial experience Security
• Inform the status of the module to all concerned as suggested by line manager.
• Ensure compliance to IT policy in terms of implementation and monitoring of information security management in your department in line with the UAE region ISR policy.
• An understanding of business
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
• As a team member, monitor the implementation of IT projects to ensure all targets are reached.
• Ability to use one or more development language
• Work closely with analysts, designers and staff in the project team
• To develop detailed specifications of the programs, closely scrutinize the coding from outsourced partners and test the delivered solutions.
• Write the program codes as per defined standards.
• To provide technical training and guidance on programming matters to system users and colleagues.
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
• To prepare module project plans and manage documentation, develop any necessary procedures required to support the proposed IT solution as per Quality Standards.
