Sr Advanced Tech Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• You will work with Product Managers to evaluate the product Roadmap to identify features for development and identify "definition of done" for each feature
• You will work with highly skilled engineers to allow for quick evolvement of a set of core components
• Lead robust, fast inceptions (identify scope, value, solution and release plan) and Own prioritized actionable backlogs in order to maintain a healthy work pipeline for the engineering team
• Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirements
• Elicit, capture, analyze, refine and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other technical documentation
• Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the HCE business model and domain area needs
• Dissect high-level information into details and communicate details in a manner understood by Engineering and other relevant audiences
• Attend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum team
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
• Co-own Release Plans and communicate changes to stakeholders regularly
• Follow complete lifecycle of project benefit, including reporting back on adoption, business value and customer satisfaction post go-live
• Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders
