Internship Business Admin

Responsibilities:
• Manage CSR related activities
• Develop and implement office-related processes (e.g. by using Microsoft Flow)
• Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars
• Support administrative tasks (such as expense claiming, trip booking, …)
• Support business meeting events in the office (internal and external visitors)
• Support creating Webinars and other marketing related activities
• Reliable, organized and preference for structure
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
• Proficient computer skills, including Office365 (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and other)
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
• Develop solutions for onboarding of employees, partners, interns
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records
• Reliable, organized and should be able to managed personal calendar well without supervision
