• Manages department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.• Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports.

• Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems).
